If you find a family that knows you really well, you could get a really stable babysitting job. They could hire you through the summer and then after school until they get home during the school year. But I think they would probably prefer somebody older than 11 or 12 and somebody with a babysitting certificate. DOn't worry though, you can take free classes through the red cross or your local hospital.

I know that in my neightborhood you could get a paper route, which pays really well. The only downside is that you have to get up really early and deliver papers at like 4. But my friend did it this year and she got so used to it that once she got the route down she could do the route and afterwards come home an sleep for another hour to an hour and a half.

You could detassel in the fields, but I hear that's like slave labor. The only good thing about it is that you earn like a little bit more than a thousand dollars a summer.

There are people who might pay you to mow their lawn. I have a friend who gets fifteen dollars per lawn. She mows the same lawn every week but if you found a few people to mow for it would probably bring in some good money.

I personally just get jobs from my parents. If you ask them, there is probably a project or something that they've been meaning to get finished and they would probably really appreciate your help and not mind paying you for your work. Even better make a deal with them that if you work for them long enough, they buy what you want.

At sixteen you can get a job in fast food places, movie theaters, restaurants or other places.

Babysitting.

Check with the rules in your state. Where I live, 14-year-olds can get a part time job if their parent and employer sign a form saying that they understand all the rules about it. (There's a rule on how many hours you can work on a day, and how late those hours can be.)

But if you're really good at something, try doing that for cash. If you're really good at a particular subject in school you might be able to tutor younger kids in that subject.

the world is a big place, what place can make the world small? the internet! well anyways i had the same idea as you, and i found this cool site, its a survey site and they pay you $50 for every 1000 points(some sites i found only gave out $10) you should check it out if all of a sudden you dropped a little lazy.

Option B:

know people....if you can find the right person, you can find an easy job. a small example is someone needing to babysit, or some errands. big examples, a job.

Option C:

tournaments! certain game tournaments allow minors to participate in such, but they have relatively low prizes.

get a paper route, easy money, good hours(whenever you get done) tips and you never know some the customers may even give you food, like when I had a paper rout for 4 years some gave me cookies for chrismas and my birthday.
