well when i was 14 me and my bud went to his fathers farm to ride horses. when we got on my hores went fly up and i fell at the back of him and the hores did a big **** on me.

when i was younger I was rideing my horse home and went to cross the road when from out of the grass came a phiesent with its young the hourse freeked a car came around the corner all i remember is the smoke from the car skidding my hourse would not move and we got hit rolled over the car i broke my leg but my horse servived with only cuts to her legs ther car was a wright off but to this day i still ride if you love to ride nothing will stop you lol

I was at a gymkhana and the horse my team was assigned was a stallion. I usually ride him for my lessons, and he has the best temperament, really sweet horse. Anyway, he has a rep. of getting overly excited and high strung at shows. Well my team was up next, and we decided to have the more advanced riders  ride last so we could save time if for some reason the rider before us didn't do so well. I was riding second to last, and when I mounted the time started ticking. I decided to canter around the course, I have a very confident canter. Well when I got about 3/4 of the way around the course, my mount got really excited and broke out into a flat gallop. I was supposed to stop in between two poles and allow the next rider to mount, but my horse galloped right over the poles and through the rail into the next arena. I managed to turn him around and canter back to the poles. Our team came in last, but we all laughed about it. :]

Well was riding my 15.3 QH CHEY for yrs and got a young Arabian maybe 14.2 and put my foot in the sturrup and up and over I went never touched that saddle, haha  that was funny and embarrasing.  In front of my siser in law, friend and necies:)  I wasn't used to a short girl, and didn't need all that effort to get up, it's funny for a few inches can make such a big difference.

once i saw a beginner riding a young horse and the horse farted and spooked at the noise! HILARIOUS!!!

well theres two...

1/ my riding coach asked me to tack up some horses and like it was my first day...she had to make a call and left me with the horses..i tacked them up..when she came back she started laughing her guts out and told me that i had put the saddle on backwards..

everyone laughed at me that day :( lol

2/ i was put on the biggest horse in the riding school...(also the most dangerous one!) he was called sky... it was my turn to canter..i kicked him on to go, he took a notion and started galloping and bucking around everywhere!..i was holding on for dear life!! i started screaming!!...

eventually he stopped and i was crying in front of everyone!!...

sadly a year later he died :(

i was on my way to the devon horse show and b/c i was theasst. coach of my riding team i was supposed to show everyone the uniform the team had to the parents

so i put it on and there was a huge hole in the crotch

luckily my friiend was there and we switched jackets b/c she is taller and the jacket covered most of the hole

I went on a group ride one time with my mom and dad and she likes to get dressed up for people to see her. Instead of excersicing her horse like i did she spent the time putting on makeup and some jewlery and doing up her hair. She had this bright pink shirt on that matched her jewlery and jeans I suppose. Anyway, we got to where we were going to ride and saddled up. It had rained earlier that morning. My mom went to get on her horse and something spooked him. He jumped forward when she was putting her leg over her back. This turned her around backwards, her left foot came out of the stirrup and she landed on her back in the mud. She rode the rest of the day with a big mud stain on her bright pink shirt. The horse went a short ways before turning around and looking embarrassed. I laughed my butt off, not to her amusement.

Well... i was riding around the roads and house with around about 9-11 other people and umm.... when the horse has to go it goes. we were walking along the side walk and me and my horse walked across someones drive way and they were standing in there garage watching us walk past and my horse pooped right on the mans drives WHILE HE WAS WATCHING u should of seen his face he was like "omg ill have  to get my 20 maids to clean it up" the house we were walking around they are owned by rich people VERY rich people, there is even a house with a coat of arms on its front gates.

i want one of there houses.     anyways it was SOOO embaressing

its even worse when ur warming up around the show ground and your pony stops dead right in front of some people and pisses right in front of them and being a mare it was noticable.

I had mounted my horse, and it was cold out so i dropped my stirrups and brought my knees up to keep warm. Then my horse pulled on the reins really hard and started eating grass. So I tried to get his head back up and I toppled forward and fell off. And that was in front of my neighbor and her friend who hadn't ridden a lot. And I was laughing.

okay this is pretty bad: I was riding an ex-polo pony, and we were taking a break so I was just kinda letting her wander around and she went into the middle and stood behind my trainer. I kicked her forward expecting her to go around my trainer, but being a polo pony ran right into the back of her! I really thought  she was going to kill me, so I had an expresion of sheer horor on my face when she turned around her face turned from fury to laughter!!! Everything worked out but I still get embaresed when anyone brings it up!

Some dude went to the heavy petting ranch at Enumclaw and did some pretty embarrassing things with a horse and then he died form his injuries.  Me, I've never done anything embarrassing with a horse, and I don't plan to either.

when i jump my horse at pony club the first time in about 8 years since i had last jump and what made it embarrasing is that he had been jumping at the canter and i had never canted over a jump before and nearly went over his shoulder infront of the whole class and that was my frist time at that pony club.

also i was rugging the stallion at the stud i work out and he tried to mount me becouse you see when a humen female is in season you can get a male horse excited.

OMG good question...mine is sooo embarassing lol...okay well this was like a year ago and back then i was just REALLY cocky but i sucked at riding(then lol) and my dad took me to a local GP to watch it and i brought the camera cuz i wanted to be able to remember it and we were sitting in the stands and the whole time i was like coaching the riders through the course and looking back its like OMG lol cuz im sure i annoyed everyone around me haha but after that i kept my mouth shut at all the shows i watched haha and now im not cocky anymore though, i think that that experience taught me a lot tho but ya it was just really embarassing looking bak now lol

Well I fell off my horse in a show and I got back up not hurt or anything, when I walked back over to my horse to get on, I tripped. BAD! And I started crying I was in so much pain!

For me the most embarrassing moment came when I was a freshman in high school. I am a rough stock rider(bulls and saddle bronc). I decided that all 5'6 and 160lbs of me(before my growth spurt) was going into bulldogging. I borrowed a friends horse and saddle and I was ready. 'Cuz shucks if I can ride one I can throw one, right? Well I got tips from the old timers and was in the chute. I dipped my hat and out we came. That ol' horse was perfect and put me right where I needed to be. I baled off the horse and caught the steer just right on the horns. I planted my feet and dug in. Then. That damned steer picked up its head and trotted, TROTTED, across the arena with me still trying to throw it. When he stopped at the turn out gate I had my chance. I yanked and pulled and twisted with all my might. Just before the 20 sec. time limit I got that steer down. Needless to say I decided to stick with rough stock.

Even after I sprouted to 6' and 200lbs. I have shared mine now its your turn!

well, my friend was riding her orse and attempted a jump that was 1m, it was a wet day, she was riding and the horse got spooked or somthing, anyway when he did she went flying, hit a tree, landed in the mud and some how her joddys cane off and they were 2 her thighs, sooooo funny, she has never forgotten it and is really 13itchey so it serves her right YER!
