well if u like good quality tp for a good price then try Trader Joe's 12 pack toliet paper for $3.49.  Its a 100% recycled and its 80% post consumer waste. it also uses no chlorine and packaging is minimal

if u want to take a step further then there is this tp thats 100% post consumer waste with no chlorine and its made WITHOUT a core in the middle so it saves even more trees.  its the most environmentally friendliest as far as i know.
