My electric beaters, I have food processors etc but my beaters are the one thing I would save.

A crockpot!

It's great for people who work and are too tired to make dinner. Just throw everything in there & turn it on before you leave, and you come home to dinner already made. (and a yummy smelling house!)

There are so many different meals you can do in it, too--a real timesaver.
