What is the most expensive Italian dish?

My dear friend Madeline is going on a dinner date with this guy whom she hates very much, and wants to take most advantage of this situation and order the most expensive Italian dish, one that he will have to pay for.

Shame its not french a Chateaubriand for two would cause him an anxiety attack....Veal (real veal) Scallopini or Lobster Fra Diavlo....are pretty pricey

However (on a moral level), your girlfriend's a low-life for taking advantage of a guy like this.  He obviously has feelings for her if he asked her out to dinner.  So if it's not mutual, she should have just said "no" to the invitation.

Personally, if he sneeks out the door and leaves her with the bill... I'd laugh!

She'll have to look at the menu and find the most expensive one at the particular restaurant.  Even if we could list out some really expensive Italian dishes, there's no guarantee it will be on the menu.

It will probably be something with veal.  Also, other ingredients may up the price ... things like fresh porcini mushrooms, etc.  If their seafood dishes contain lobster, that might be up there too.
