What is the most expensive and or rarest job training that you have ever heard of?

I am looking for a career that is not easy to get into. I really dont wish to work in the IT area but I am open for about any idea. I am looking for job training or an extensive course that is either extremely difficult, rare, or expensive. Preferably all three. The training can be anywhere in the world and the cost is not too important. I am not rich, but can afford something fairly pricey though.

I am looking for something similar to Vocational training. I have a Bachelors but I just want a specialized skill that makes lots of money.

I appreciate all legitimate ideas...

The rare, difficult, but inexpensive, yet you won't make much: Policing

I don't think it could get any more extreme than this one and I'd bet nobody in your town has this degree.  I don't think they get much more expensive either.

Performance and Flying Qualities Course is $441,000 for 26 weeks.  Yep, that's nearly half-a-million dollars for one class.

The Introduction to Fixed Wing Flight Testing Course is only $6900 for 2 weeks.

These people make more money than most of us can imagine.
