Well of course the limited editions and player exclusives.  Like the McFly Hyperdunks were limited and are selling for like $2000 now.

Excluding limited and player exclusives are probably the Jordan line.  The Jordan 17 sold for like $200 but that was years ago.  The most expensive bball shoes on the market today are probably the Air Force 25 ($200), Jordan XX3 ($185), and the Nike Foamposite at Footlocker ($180)
