What is the most important Factor in getting an F-1 student US visa?

besides Financial gurantee & I-20 ,, I repeart besides Financial gurantee and I-20 .. whats else important in gettin the Visa?

To prove to the consul that you will return to your country after your studies. Ex. You take up Robotic Engineering but you will never find a job for this in your country. I doubt if you will be approved. Chances are you will apply for work in the US after graduation.**
