they are all equally important. if one shape could not exist then the laws of physics would need to be radically different, and all the universe would need to be different.

but honestly i can't imagine how it could be possible to have one shape and not another, dimensions can understand but all shapes must be, and there is an infinite quantity of them, but we categorized some basic ones and gave them names. some of the more complex ones would have very difficult definitions, complex mathematical ones. the basic ones use a level of math everyone can understand, like 3 equal sides.

Very few things found in nature have straight lines. Organic shapes are most important, in my opinion.

Impossible to tell. All shapes have different uses for different situations. Take for example, If you were trying to move a circular object through a wall, you would naturally choose the circular pathway, as it is similar to the object. Though, in the same situation, if you were trying to move a rectangular object, you would choose the rectangular pathway.

The most important shape in the universe is a wave, as in electromagnetic wave, as in sunlight, x-ray, etc.  Without these waves, life would not exit.

A wave is a beautiful thing, it has rhythm, it has peaks and valleys, it has symmetry, and it spreads outward, to infinite.

The circle/sphere.  It makes up the shape of the earth, sun, stars, wheel, and MANY other things.  Without it our world wouldn't be NEAR the same as it is now.
