  1. Excellent question!  I know the answer.  The cadidate must have a vision for the country.  Analyze which cadidate has the most well formed vision for their country, this will tell you who has the drive and energy and zeal to do what ever it takes to better America.

Some candidates express how they will solve this problem or that problem.  Some candidates focus on blaming the other political party and they talk in vague abstractions.  But in other candidate's as you hear them about their opinions on various issues you see that they have a vision for how America can be, and look into their faces to see if they believe in that vision.  What is that vision?  What is their message with respect to the various issues?  Do they have the confidence to get the job done?  Can we see the Candidate's confidence and vision.

The Candidate with the confidence and vision for America is our next President.

There are candidates who are cocky, they don't have a vision.

There are candidates who seem frustrated, they don't have confidence.

I think there is an old saying from the Bible I believe: "without a vision, the people perish" (paraphrasing).

May be we don't believe in the war, but we need to believe in something to bring this country together again.

  2. Following what the people want and not special interests. It's time Joe Six Pack had a say in government..

  3. INTEGRITY- this should encompass all of the other traits and characteristics that SHOULD be inherent to the position.

  4. Whether that candidate has read and understood the job description contained in Article Two of the Constitution.

  5. Governing according to what the majority of the people want.

  6. Qualified - through honesty, experience (successful experience, not being there experience), dedication, integrity, and undying respect for our laws, the constitution and the American people; all of them, all of the time!
