Mention a couple good aspects of the book, I'm trying to pick up something new and recommended.

Personally I enjoyed Into the Wild by Jon Karakeur and Shakey by Jimmy McDonough. (Big Neil Young Fan)

  1. Bats, Brats, and Stats - George Brennan, Jr.

** I never previously thought an autobiography could be so funny and not written by a famous comedian/actor. This author excels at colorfully describing humorous characters and accentuating the sophomoric humor of adolescence. Most important, between all of the laughs, he manages to captivate the highs and lows of human emotion.

  2. Escape by Carolyn Jessop..it delves deep into the psychotic world of the FLDS..it will leave you with chills thinking how the he** could people live like this..it was amazing..

  3. I'm currently reading The Measure of a Man by Sydney Potier. I'm only a couple chapters into it, but it's really good so far.

  4. I read "A Million Little Pieces" by James Frey and it blew me away. The style of writing was so different and confusing but still good.

According to Wikipedia it was more of a memoir than autobiography, but it told the story of the author... also, according to dear old wiki, it was also partly fictional...

But the style of writing - still read it!
