I once saw on the internet a 3100 mile race. It takes 51 days to accomplish so they're not running the whole time. If you mean the most miles ever in a lifetime, I don't think anyone has ever recorded that. And if you mean nonstop running, I couldn't tell you. But I'm sure some one has ran more than that 3100 miles for a single race.
