What is the most mundane thing you've ever done?

I worked in a biscuit factory years ago. I had to watch a line of oats going past all day long and remove any ratty looking ones. That's it. That was my job. I didn't bother going back the second day.

Working for a stamp dealer, sorting out millions of postage stamps into there correct sets, and pricing them up.  NEVER again,lol :)

I'm a Pharmacist...I count pills.  All day, every day.  5-10-15-20...You get the scenario.

Worked on a checkout in Tesco. I have never had such a soul destroying, mind meltingly boring job in my life. It was a bloody long time ago, though.

Another biscuit factory worker here   - try packing biscuits for 8 hours a day, shooting out of a wrapping machine at more than 60 packets per minute (and you have to make up your own box!).  That job would stun anyone.

The last hour of the day seemed to go on forever.
