While in the military, 16 hours a day 6 days a week.

the longest day i have ever worked is 18,in a pay period(2wks) 195,i was young and had no sense,no way would i do it today.

I work for myself, so I don't have a pay period.  But the longest I've worked in a pay period is non-stop, 7 days a week.  But, when it all works out... :)
