    Does somebody collect them?

    Why would anyone want to do this?  Being a citizen of one country is quite enough.  Why would anyone want to be subject to all of the laws through multiple citizenship?

    Let me count the ways: Taxation, Military Service, Property Rights, Travel Restrictions, Residency Requirements...

    Choose the one you like, and be proud of it.  Nobody likes someone who is "on the fence" and milking more than one set of benefits.
