    Be careful what you ask here.

    If you meant longest extra inning game in Major League history, you must make it part of your question.

    April 18 - June 23, 1981 - 33 Innings

    (Tripple A "AAA" level - which is one below the majors).  The Paw Sox are the Boston Red Sox affiliate and the Rochester Red Wings were the affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles (now, affiliated with the Minnesota Twins)

    PS - Not to insult, but you don't know much about baseball, do you?  New to the sport? They are not called overtime innnings, as there is no "time" in baseball.  They are called extra innings.
