What is the most polite way to pass gass (aka "f**t") in an office like environment?

well it's hard sometimes you can't just get up and run to the bathroom!

so you can try to hold it in!  or try to squeeze it out quitely!

but most the time no one minds if you just get up and go to the bathroom!

If you are right next to another desk, don't do it! Just get up, walk to the bathroom, fountain, vending machine, and let it out slowly as you walk. Safest way! That way no one knows who did it if it smells!

Do that in the restroom. I had to do one suddenly real bad so I ducked into the ofc mgr's office and let it out then went to my cubicle. Ten mintues or so later she came and told me our supervisor had gone into her ofc and farted! It was so bad it just hung around there lying in wait for a victim to come by. I never told her it was me.

if its really urgent & u wont make it to the bathroom maybe u should drop something on the floor & in the same time pass your gass :) it should be able to distract the sound but not the smell 8)
