I'd say Toronto is the least popular city, ie. the least liked.

My guess is, as a comfortable place to visit or  live, Victoria or Vancouver would rank first.

Toronto doesn't have much else beside a (relatively small) subway line and the CN Tower.

If you mean largest in population, then Toronto is number 1, followed by Montreal, Vancouver, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Quebec (City), Winnipeg, Hamilton, and London.

Toronto is!  I have been there several times because I have several relatives that live there.  They have the CN Tower one of the tallest free standing buildings in Toronto and you can take the elevator to the top and see Toronto, the Eaton Centre which is their underground mall, the stadium where the Argonauts play football, lots of subways, last but not least the best sub sandwiches are there called Mr. Submarine.  If you go, you will like it.

You can sail on English Bay and two hours ski on Grouse.

Very little snow. Lots of outdoor events, funky shopping,

lots of theatres, museums etc etc. Toronto will aways come second! Never been to Montreal but my brother has he says it is fantastic so I guess that would be number 3.
