I would say that the most favourite foods in the lslands is either Mai Mai [fish] or surf and turf with lobster and steak

spam musubi - the last time i went there, they even served it at mcdonalds.  they also offered it at the abc stores - and were pretty good!

I agree with the other answer:  spam and shaved ice!  Most cafe's and restaurants offer spam in a broth with noodles, fried up for sandwiches, served in place of ham.  The shaved ice is great, as is the coconut and coffee ice creams!

I go to this pool there and the people will walk into the pool and give it to you on a tray!!

And in general they grill it and serve it with about everything
