What is the most popular market today and what would people be willing to spend their money on? any ideas?

Please give me some ideas on some good product ideas or what personally makes your day easier, more enjoyable, or simple neccessities that you either have or don't have. Thanks a bunch for these ideas! :) I'll remember to make it up to the person that gives me the best idea to act on haha.

Don't think present, as in today, think future, as in tomorrow.

Anything that will improve the lives of the elderly will be in great demand shortly as the baby boomers retire and age.

For me, I can always justifying spending money on things that 1.) give me more cost effective, leisure time

      a)bi-weekly maid service,

      b) taking my  cotton shirts to be ironed at the dry cleaners because at $1 each, it's crazy not to pay someone $2 an hour to do that for me!)

2.) Save me money without even trying (if it's every day that's even better)

       a) installing a programmable thermostat for central a/c or heat

3.) Help me stay organized  (b/c in general... it's an effort for me to maintain long-term)

       a) a designed closet layout, with clear labeled containers

4.) Automate daily chores and ensure they're done consistently

       a.) automatic pet feeder or water dish (and prevents any potential guilt too ;)

    

BUT will spend the BIG bucks on those items that do double duty, which translates into being able to do more than one thing that I need help with and falls into any of the above categories... (EXAMPLE:  the rolling storage ottomans that I recently purchased because they arethe perfect size to store 12" vinyl records, make them portable, but are each small enough for me to use to sit on behind my DJ booth setup at home... and which a pair of just happen to conveniently fit perfectly under my sofa table ( which is essentially then using that otherwise unusable space) when I they're not "in use".
