PoZole is with Z, not S, and is not a typical new years dish, neither are tamales nor buÃƒÂ±uelos, both are everyday snack-food, like burritos, tacos, quesadillas, esquites etc etc...

Pavo, which is turkey but at my parents who live in the center of the country they have barbacoa (it's like shredded) either beef, goat or lamb, for me, that's delicious
