1. The brazilian wandering spider, also known sometimes as a banana spider, as well as the australian funnel web are among the tops for the most dangerous

  2. Black Widow

  3. The most poisonous spider in the world is the Brazilian Wandering Spider.

It's legend that Daddy Longlegs are the most poisonous, but actually their venom doesn't produce more than a slight (and short-lived) burning sensation.

  4. "Most poisonous" is a poor description, since no spiders are poisonous. They are venomous. I will assume you are asking which spider is the most dangerous. Even that question is hard to answer, since there are many factors to be considered.

About the daddy long legs, there are three critters called the daddy long legs, with only one being an actual spider. The harvestman is not a spider but is an arachnid like spiders, ticks, mites, and scorpions. Crane flies (called daddy long legs in the UK) are flies which are insects, not arachnids. Then there is the cellar spider, also called daddy long legs spider. This spider has very weak venom, and it can bite. The "most venomous but fangs are too small" story is a myth.

The spider responsible for the most deaths world wide are the widow spiders, which describe over 30 species in the Latrodectus genus, and that includes Australia's redback spider. I can't find a number for you, except that it is reported to have a 5% death rate among reported bites, with many bites not needing medical attention. There is an antivenom availiable.

Brown recluses can give nasty necrotic wounds, but there has only been a small number of deaths and they were all young children who were bitten in vital and sensitive areas. There is no antivenom available and wounds can be large and take a long time to heal. Most specialists will tell you though that the brown recluse is the most over hyped spider, with many many unconfirmed bite reports comming in where the spider is not known to naturaly exist. They have been confirmed to have been shipped over by stowing away though, but such cases are uncommon. There are also many other ailments that can produce the same kind of wounds that arachnologists and doctors say get blamed on the recluse.

The spider with the most potent venom is the Sydney funnel web. These spiders are not related to the funnel web spider you see in North America, but are just very different spiders with similar common names because of similar webs. However, due to low frequency of contact and small dosage, there have only been 13 deaths due to this spider, none since the invention of the antivenom in 1980.

There is also the Brazilian wandering spider, which is known to have cause a few fatalities. They have a report of having 7% of reported bites needing serious medical attention, and less than 1% resulting in death.
