Transmissions are not measured for "power"like an engine is.Its measured in strength and durability,towing capacity,how much total weight it can carry,not so much power.I dont know about todays transmissions,I believe the Allison transmission that comes in most of todays super duty vehicles is a pretty powerful transmission.
