Aside from semi trucks and construction vehicles, what is the most powerful street legal vehicle? Which has the most horse power, and which is capable of pulling the most weight?

Currently, the fastest street-legal car is the SSC Aero.

As far as raw horsepower and pulling strength goes, you're actually looking at some of the older classic muscle cars, such as Dodge Charger R/Ts, '69 Camaro Z28s, etc.  They might be dated, but they'll still tear it up on a strip.

if you are talking about horsepower it is the veyron if you are talking about top speed it is Koenigsegg ccx tops out at well above 250mph
