It looks like you want to open a brick and mortar business for yourself.  Your question reminds me of me when I was looking to work for myself.  When I started considering all the costs, rent, stock and the hours I would need to be physically present or hire someone I was shocked.  That is when I was introduce to Home Businesses.  I didn't know I could actually work from home and make a lot of money.
