It's hard to decide.

America is pretty racist whether they want to admit it or not.  Doesn't matter if a black man is running for president, they have the KKK and other racist groups.

Other countries are guilty of this stuff, too.  You can't pick and choose.

In 2008 I do not think you can give that monopoly to any one particular country. I know the KKK and Neo n***s still exist in the states but then again we just heard about an untouchable lady in India, having a difficult birth who was shooed away by Hindu doctors and died on route to another hospital; ethnic cleansing in Europe; Saudis treating foreign workers like c**p, through to the murders of black foreign workers by other black tribes in South Africa.
