  2. It may not be the MOST refreshing, but I adore Virgin Strawberry Colada's.

    Just strawberries poached with sugar, then cooled. Blend with ice & cream of coconut. Sit back and enjoy a cool breeze.

  4. iced tea of all kinds is my favorite.  iced white tea, iced green tea, iced black tea, iced oolong tea.   even some iced honeybush or rooibus tea.  yummy.

  5. depends on what kind of refreshing ur talkin about??, like after workout gatorade is good for u but not good for u if ur not doing anything, vitamin waters not a bad choice but water is always good, with a lemon as well

    1 thing of yougurt...any flavor...i like strawberry

    a half of cup of orange juice

    a half of cup to 1 cup of milk (depends on tecture)

    start with2 cups of ice

    frozen quarton of strawberrys

    you can change any of these indgredients...it is very easy to make!!

  7. I make limeade (limes, water, sugar, 1 capful of vanilla extract), but I add sliced fruit to it like sliced strawberries, limes, lemons, etc.  It's almost like a non-alcoholic citrus sangria.

    milk ice and sugar in the blender and blend.

    Sometimes I add some delicious dried tea leaves from the same manufacturer and let the whole thing absorb some rays (yeah, you guessed it-same company) and have sun tea.

  13. 1 8oz container of Strawberry Yogurt (I use Yoplait low fat. You can also use Strawberry Banana)

    1 Banana

    1/2 bag of Frozen Whole Strawberries (Full bag is 16oz)

    3/4 cup milk (I use skim) I never really measure the milk. I just pour some in and if it is too thick I keep adding until it is the right consistency for my taste, so you can start at 3/4 cup.

    I love this smoothie, by using the low fat yogurt and fat free milk, the smoothie ends up being completely fat free and full of fruit and dairy with no added sugar and tastes great.

  14. cucumber water.

    Pour a glass of spring water on ice. Add 4 -5 cold cucumber slices... very refreshing & healthy.

  15. lemon verbena

    1 liter still mineral water

    2 stems lemon verbena

    5 leaves fresh mint

    3 tablespoons honey

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Bring mineral water to a boil in a medium saucepan, and remove from heat. Stir in lemon verbena, mint, and honey.

    Infuse for 10 minutes, then strain. Cool, and serve over ice.
