I am usually satisfied with purified water. However there are times that I do need more. Usually it is only after a workout and it is a sports drink. Sometimes even without a workout I fell the need for a bit more and green tea or ginger ale are great most of the time. But for me though if I really want something out of the ordinary that hits the spot I turn to my trusty old Root Beer.

I guess I really don't feel I need to be refreshed as much as the next guy. I mean I drink plenty of water and take supplements. Outside of taking an energy drink before a workout, a sports drink after a work out, and milk and green tea with meals I don't feel that I need to be refreshed often at all.
