I do some video editing with Studio 10.5 and when I burn to disc it won't play on all DVD players. I am inclined to blame the discs. Can anybody solve my problem?.

  1. There are DVD+R and DVD-R blanks, and each work better in some players and not in others. I think the DVD+R are more compatible personally. You may have to just experiment with each kind until you find the right one/format for your specific player(s).

I hope this answers to your question....

  2. I reckon sony discs are probably best. they seem to work fine on most dvd's. they're a bit more expensive than most others but I would say they're better quality

  3. Most likely that particular format may not be available in all the dvd players for playing otherwise it is not possible one dvd plays in one player and will not play in other player.

Moserbaer and Sony are  good DVD disc manufacturers you can try that for your satisfaction.
