What is the most safe and clearest blue water beach to go to?

See for your self. This is the Jeremi Beach in Curacao. Waters around Curacao are exceptionaly clear, and very little in the way of hazards anywhere.

Safest and clearest, most turquoise blue waters is Cuba...Cayo Coco is one area of Cuba that is just gorgeous. Paradise Blues mentioned Varadero for you too.

Santa Lucia is beautiful and there are so many natural beaches that are so clear and clean...and the sand is such a soft, powdery white.

Cuba is safe and the beaches are extremely safe.

Barbardos is another place by St. James (on the Caribbean Sea)...that water can be just like glass.

i am going to the Cayman Islands and Ocho rios, Jamaica *they are in the caribbean* and the caribbean has the clearest waters in the world!!

so i suggest that.

you can swim with the stingrays in a certain part of the caymans too! *i am going to do that*
