What is the most sea levels would rise if all the ice and glaciars melted worldwide?

That is a matter of conjecture.  You see, only ice that is currently on dry land would actually add to the volume of water in the worlds oceans.  For instance, if you fill a glass with water and put an ice cube in it, the glass will not overflow when the ice melts.  The ice is already part of the total amount of water in the glass, it is just in a different form.  

    Now as to how much of the Arctic and Antarctic ice is actually on land and how much is actually on water is the question.  Remember, if you freeze water it expands but it contracts when it melts; the volume stays the same.  With this in mind, I do not see the sea levels rising more than inches not feet. But that is not going to happen.
