  2. In the developed nations I think obesity is becoming an increasing problem and heart disease is secondary. Obesity causes so many health issues and yet people don't seem to be intelligent enough to realise that. It really isn't difficult to stay fit and healthy!!!

  4. Heart disease, in the US it is obesity.

  5. Health Infastructure, we have the knowledge to handle most health problems but not the resources. Many people in the developed nations can't afford the cures.
