it was an australian tv advert about drink-driving. it showed the horror of a car accident, where some occupants (part of his group of friends) had died. the driver survived. he was informed of the occupants' death, and threw up on the floor. (it was fiction, but very powerful)

The seatbelt one where the teenage son crashes into his mother's head;

The drink driving one with the guys buying another pint and the woman at the bar being hit by an invisible car;

The speed limit one with the little girl being hit by a car in reverse from crumpled little body to laughing child...
