What is the most unique volunteer work out there? or name the ones you did.?

i'm a junior in highschool and i'm tired of volunteering in hospitals and i'm wanting to find out new unique places to volunteer

  1. The volunteer work I've done was  with well known orgs.

    Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh

    Humane Society

    American Cancer Society-Relay for Life

    Make-A-Wish Foundation

    I loved them all.  I'm a stay at home mommy now, so I don't have too much time for volunteering, but I'm still with Make-A-Wish, and I plan to volunteer once a week at our local pregnancy center as a spiritual counselor.

    There are so many awesome opportunities out there.  Have you checked the website volunteermatch?  It can assist you in finding local opportunities that you maybe were unaware of.
