Mine was a chocolate bread pudding at a restaurant in Kulpmont, PA. Also strawberry rhubarb crunch pudding at a restaurant somewhere in Northern Vermont many years ago.

  1. My grandmother used to mix sliced bananas, a dallop of sour cream and sugar. Delicious!

  2. flan on an airplane. haha

  3. Bite-sized pieces of iceberg lettuce, covered with English Toffee ice cream.  The ice cream was allowed to thoroughly chill the lettuce until it became *very* cold & crisp, while it itself melted a bit...   (I suppose *any* flavor of ice cream could be used.)

    That's one of my own 'inventions'.... I don't eat sugar or milk products any more.  Am much healthier & happy for it, too! (;

    On a healthy note, my ND sometimes 'prescribes' this for a patient:

    1 cup raw organic cottage cheese

    1 TBSP raw honey

    1 TBSP chilled flax oil

    It has a bitter aspect to its flavor (from the flax oil), a bit like chocolate has.

    It didn't take me long to get used to it! (;

  4. how's bout apple pie top covered over butterscotch w/cashews? delicious!

  5. i think it's called souja but i'm not really sure. it's couscous and sugar and a little bit of milk (i think). it looked kinda weird but it was really good

  6. cheese ice cream totally!

  7. I had tiramisu at an Italian restaurant.. YUM-MY. It looked so blah, but I took a bite and I could not believe how good it was.

  8. persimon pudding. it was DELISH and also, homemade arnold palmer sorbet

  9. this Filipino dessert called "halo halo".

  10. Pineapple Cilantro Sorbet

    I know most folks hear this combo and cringe, but I freakin' LOVE it!

    I work at a Mexican restaurant and after months of harrasment, the executive chef put it on the menu, now everyone gets to experience it.

  11. Dirt Dessert, It's good.

    It was in a flower pot with a flower stuck in it.

    Everybody thought it was just  for looks. Boy, were you fooled.

    At the bottom start with Oreo crumbs then Vanilla pudding,

    layer it to the top of your flower pot, when finish stick a flower

    in it. Your guess will love the surprise. And kids love it too.

  12. Chocolate Lasagne.  Dense chocolate cake with a rich not to sweet cream cheese like filling.  Each of four layers about 1/2 inch thick.  Choclate curls on top.  To die for.  Olive Garden took it off their menu.  That was heartbreaking.

  13. Mayonaise cake! Serious. It's awesome. It's not what you think. The mayo is to keep it moist. It is chocolate flavored.
