What is the most used ingredient in Lebanese cuisine????

aside from salt and pepper of course...it can be anything, like spice or veggie or anything you use in cooking very often.

For me it has to be GARLIC...I use it with everything, even Labneh...LOL

(yes we use lots of toothpaste at my house)

  4. I would say onions followed very closely by garlic.

    There are very few dishes that we don't need onion for.
