Facebook is not only the most used social network in Lebanon...

it is also the best ranked website!!!

I think it's definately Facebook. Many parties and reunions are going on these days in clubs where people have met in Facebook social groups and want to get to know each other in person.

Then again, for us who are using Y!A regularly, I would say that Y!A has given us a social forum and we have met great people through here from all over the world and will be meeting more soon.
