  1. The Fierce Snake or Inland Taipan

A single bite has enough toxin to kill 100 humans

It is 50X more toxic than the Indian cobras bite, and 650X to 850X more toxic than the Eastern Diamondback

  2. that depends on whether you want the most deadly venom or the one who injects the most venom per bite.in either case, they bolth live in austailia. actually i think a sea snake has the most effective toxin. and i think a king cobra injects the most venom.but it's been a looong time since i watched animal planet so i may be wrong....(king cobras live in the india region)but i was very sure that the top 2 lived in austrailia but i can't remember what they were.in either case you don't want to be near any venomous snake period.

  3. Green Mamba is the MOST venomous snake in the world.

  4. The inland taipan, also known as the fierce snake, has the most toxic venom of any snake. However, it rarely comes into contact with people, since it lives in remote regions of Australia, so bites are rare.

The largest venomous snake is the king cobra, which can reach 5.5 metres in length.

The most dangerous venomous snake in terms of how many people it kills is the Indian cobra, simply because it lives in areas where it often comes into contact with people, and there is little or no access to anti-venom in more rural areas.

  5. To answer your question, you have to understand how the toxicity of snake venom is measured; normally it is determined with a system known as the L.D.50 (amount that causes death in 50% of injected mice).  In reality it is neither the mamba nor the fierce snake, the fierce snake has the lowest L.D.50 of any terrestrial serpent,  making it the most venomous snake on land.  But something that usually flies under everyone’s radar is that there another snake with an identical L.D.50, the Russell's Viper; both of these snakes have an L.D.50 of .03 mg/kg.  But the hook-nosed sea krait a sea snake actually has the lowest recorded L.D.50 with .02 mg/kg being enough to kill 50% of mice.  Furthermore, there are two other lesser known snake species that are quite possibly considerably more toxic to humans, the lanceheads and saw scale vipers.  While these two might not have an extremely high L.D.50 they are believed to kill roughly the same amount of people, somewhere in the neighborhood of 25,000 apiece.  The "Golden" Lancehead a sub-species of Lancehead is isolated to a 100 sq km uninhabited island, so you never hear about it, its LD50 has never been reported, and since it lives on an uninhabited island there are no deaths to speak of but it is believed to quite possibly have the single most lethal venom of any snake.  To answer your question, it is neither the mamba ( by far) nor the Fierce snake(by a hair).  It is rather difficult to say though because no one knows if the amount of deaths from lanceheads and saw scaled vipers are due to an extreme toxicity to humans or the sheer number of bites.  The most venomous snake is the Saw-scaled viper, the Golden Lancehead, or Hook-nosed seasnake

  6. black mamba   ....

  7. The Indian Taipan (aka Fierce Snake) is the most venomous snake in the world. Black Mamabas are the largest and second longest venomous snake in the world (2nd to the King Cobra in length) while Green Mambas are almost as potent as Black Mambas.
