In the US the most dangerous spider is split between the black widow and the brown recluse spider.  The black widow is potentially dangerous with its neurotoxin mixed with  enzymes that digest tissue.

The brown recluse spider causes extensive ulceration and hemolysis. The problem with this spider is that there is no anti-venom for its bite.

The Brazilian Wandering Spider is in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the most venomous spider. But, studies have shown that only about a third of all bites inject any venom at all, and of that third, only a tiny amount of venom in injected.  They are the most toxic because only .006 mg of venom is enough to kill a mouse.

The sydney funnel web spider, however, is considered the most dangerous because it's venom contains atraxotoxin,  a toxin that causes severe general deliverance of neurotransmitters at autonomic and neuromuscular junctions, the most dangerous toxin to humans made in the animal kingdom.
