Answer: The Quran.

Muslims are raised, from birth, to believe the Quran is the perfect word of Allah and beyond question. Of course, Muslims arent the only religious folk to believe their book is from God but Islam is the only religion where fundamentalism is mainstream.

So, in much of the Christian community, there is this metaphorical / "nice stories" view of the bible whereas in the Islamic community, almost every single Muslim is a literalist. This is what Nietzsche meant when he declared "God is dead". He was pointing out that Christians really dont believe and are merely walking through an elaborate charade thats not in the best interest of humanity.

What Nietzsche didnt address was Islam. He was focused on western philsophy since childhood and his early love for greek civilization. With respect to Islam, Allah is certainly not dead. He is alive and as angry as ever. Consider the following Quran verses (ayas):

I think it is both that they want Israel gone and they want the US to stop invading and starting wars in their regions AND they want to convert everyone.
