What is the movie Ultraviolet about?

Yeah i watched because i thought it would be cool but i did not really understand what it is about. I understand that there is something about vampires but i don't so if you can give me a quick explanation that would be great. Thank you!!!!!

An evil dictator has nearly wiped all the vampires (called hemophages in the movie).  Fear of the vampires was used to control the population.

He creates a virus to infect all the real humans so that they will have to come to him every day for injections to stay alive. That way he can stay in control.

The virus is in the boy who was in the suitcase and he is also the dictators clone.

A vampire steals the suitcase, believing the virus is meant to kill vampires.  She finds out about the boy and ends up trying to protect him.

I hope this helps. I think the main reason for the film was to make cool fight scenes with a female version of Rambo.
