  2. Abductor muscle - or maybe you are referring to the injury known as Osteitis Pubis

  3. there is no actual muscle that comprises these two areas..there are connecting muscles called pectineus and iliopsoas. The most common groin strain is in the gracilis. Osteitis pubis is a growth issue between bones and muscles rather than a groin strain...but everything is related
