The song is called Jiang Nan Hao meaning JiangNan(a place meaning south of the river) is good.

to me, i hear a Bamboo flute, a violin like instrument called an Erhu(pronounced ar who) and an instrument which looks like a sidewayse wooden harp called a gu zheng (pronounced goo jeng).
