It was a Harry Potter fanfiction. It started out right after Professor dumbledores funeral. McGonogall had called Harry to her office and was telling him that he was still underage but there wasn't any rules against using wandless magic and magical items. So they were running aroun finding magical items that Harry might find usefull. Also, Ron and Hermione were going to be staying the summer at the Dursleys with Harry. I also remember the description saying something about 'What if the miggle ministry was the power he had not?' and how Harry recieves 'unexpected help from the muggle government," I read it on fanfiction.com. Any ideas on what the name and author of this storie are?
