What is the name for the style of art drawn in dc/marvel comic books?

Different artists have different styles and depending on your own preference and you'd be interested in one style of artwork than another. Maybe you're referring to a style for example like (manga) thats the Japanese style of comics and most have an anime' feel to it. You might say DC and Marvel have a western style or type of comics artwork. Ok no bashing of styles here, to each his own. If you prefer manga or eastern style comics then its up to you. If you prefer DC, Marvel or any independent publishing companies then good for you. Whats important is that you enjoy what you're collecting or you enjoy your hobbies. It doesn't help if you bash something just because its different just to prove a point.

As far as I know there is no one certain style at Marvel and DC.
