Actually, their eyes are pretty much the same, but the eyelids are different. Most asians have the "1 - line" eyelid wheras, most westerners have the "2 - line" eyelid. The difference is the epicanthal fold (the part of the skin that is sort of stretched downwards at the inner corners of the asian eye). I always thought asian women looked very attractive, s**y and exotic  because of their dark. mysterious, cat-like eyes.
