it is called "bunso" in Filipino.

In the U.S. we don't distinguish between the offspring other than maybe "Her last calf".  For animals that have multiple births, we don't distinguish at all unless there's a problem with delivery or such.

we dont really have names for the last born animal, with cows you never really if it will be their last calf, because they could get jonies or some other disease
