there is no hemisphere that will work for you, since Antarctica is entirely in the southern, but is between eastern and western, hemispheres.

Africa can be divided between east and west (based on prime meridian), north and south

Europe is entirely in northern, but technically could be considered  eastern and western, based on prime meridian

Australia is entirely in eastern and southern hemispheres

Asia can be divided between northern and southern hemispheres, and could be technically divided between east and west based on the 180 degree longitude line.

The East or Eastern Hemesphire? I am not sure that is a lot of different countries in different places.

That would be the WHOLE Earth.    

The Western Hemisphere contains North and South Americas, Europe, and most of Africa.  

The Eastern Hemisphere contains Asia, Australia, the Middle East and the east of Africa.

Antarctica is said to be in the Southern Hemisphere along with most of Africa, Australia, and the majority of South America.

is in the western hemisphere though it could be  south an eastern and a little bit of western hemisphere or you could split the world diagonally and keep those while getting rid of the rest.
