Depending how you mean it,  "faaavoring...." could mean insest. If you're meaning just plain favoring ie: choosing relatives first, for example hiring them over non-related more qualified applicants for a job, or awarding a promotion because a relative in your employ needs a raise, then it is called nepotism.
