  1. Water table.

    "The surface of saturated material in an aquifer is known as the water table."

  2. Technically its the Phreatic Zone which is defined as the 'zone of saturation'.  The water table is the upper limit of the phreatic zone.

    So potentially both are correct, but Phreatic zone is more correct than Water Table.
